ADMISSION :
Mohan Subudhi College, Badamba is affiliated to the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha and Utkal University, Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha in case of +2 & +3 respectively.

Procedure for application :
Both the admission to +2 & +3 stream are under e-Admission process in our own SAMS Resource Centre (SRC).

How to apply :

1. The CAF will be available in www.dheorissa.in for applying online and at any SRC for applying in off-line/manual mode. There will be one Common Application Form (CAF) for admission to any stream of any Junior /Degree Colleges in the State. There shall be one Common Prospectus (CP) for all Junior, Degree & Self Financing Colleges. The CP will be available online to download in PDF format. An applicant can download the same and take a printout for making an informed choice while filling in CAF on-line.
2. As the CAF is available in the Higher Education Department website i.e. www.dheorissa.in, a candidate can download the CAF from this website which can be accessed in the Cybercafe, Common Service Center, Internet Facility Center operated in SAMS Resource Centers and at any place where Internet facility is available.
3. Choice of subject can be obtained from the College website i.e. www.mscollegebadamba.in.

Where to apply :

1. A filled CAF (College copy & Applicant copy) with at best 6 choices of +2 Colleges or 10 choices of +3 Colleges with marksheet and other certificates for weightage shall be submitted in any SAMS Resource Centre (SRC) paying Rs. 100/- for one choice & Rs. 50/- extra for more colleges & choices.
2. After submitting the CAF a candidate can get the Applicant Copy & the Money Receipt-cum-Index Number (MRIN) for their confirmation of application.
3. A CAF can be submitted within the stipulated time declared by the Dept. of Higher Education, Govt. of Odisha.

Procedure for selection :
After validation of the application by the validators of the SAMS, the selection is made purely on merit basis & availability of seats in the concerned college, as per the Govt. norms & conditions.

• Intimation letter to the selected applicants will be transmitted through five modes.

• The normal admission will be closed in five stages.
  1. 1st Selection admission.
  2. 2nd Selection admission.
  3. SC/ST extension admission.
  4. Balance seat (Spot) admission.
  5. Admission after supplementary - Instant results publication.
• Reservation :
  The reservation and weightage for admission into +2 & +3 stream will be as per the guideline of Common Prospectus (CP) reflected in DHE website.
• Fees and Subscriptions
  Admission/Re-admission fee for the session 2014-15 for +2 & +3 stream.
